Each new client, irrespective of where they are at in their journey, needs some degree of a BIOLOGICAL “RESET”...

We need to get your body and brain into the right environment and feeding on the right fuel, conducive to nourishing and supporting the natural reactivation of normal, biological functioning!... SIMPLE.
​
I start by immersing most of my clients into the deeply intensive, yet refreshingly easy to do, "21 Day Foundational Wellness™ program." (Which program you choose though, is of course up to you.)
​
It simply entails setting aside some time (a few short clips averaging a total of 30mins) in your day (preferably mornings) to watch clips, followed by easy steps of implementation (about 5-15mins on average).
It takes YEARS to DECADES of DAMAGE to get you to a certain point in your health. Taking a moment to sit down and tackle your wellness head-on, with a serious arsenal of power-tools for a few days, is easy and well worth it!

Each aspect of the programs quicken the next and before you know it, if applied consistantly, momentum takes you and you begin to experience wellness on a whole new level you may never have imagined…

I’ve taken the guess-work out of the process and you needn't walk the journey alone either. I am available to personally guide you every step, if and when you need me for private sessions.

Your wellness journey (in the foundational program and beyond) needs to evolve around your personal circumstances, progression and areas of stagnation. Each one of us is biologically individual and we just need someone to listen to our story and help to tweak and adapt it here or there (where applicable), to optimize results.

HOW YOUR SUPPORT SESSIONS WORK FOR YOU...
You are free to book personal Support Sessions, throughout your wellness journey, for as long as you want my continual support...
​
During Support Sessions, we establish and discuss goals, monitor progress and tweak your program wherever need be, troubleshooting, adapting and ever-evolving as you evolve!
​
- Sessions are sold are in blocks of 4 (single pro-rata sessions are availale after "Session 8.")
- Sessions run fortnightly - (Once every 2 weeks!)
- Blocks of 4, 8 or 12 sessions are available, spanning from 2 - 6 months, respectively.

Support Sessions can take place either:
1) In-Person (45mins) - I consult in Johannesburg North region (Coming soon to my home-town, Cape Town!) or
2) Online (30mins) - This entails a WHATSAPP AUDIO-CONVERSATION, via the voice-note/ or text function.
​
* Session frequency is also completely tailorable, based on personal needs, so chat to me privately on my WhatsApp General Enquiry line (see the WhatsApp icon on top-bar) Eg. You might even want more frequent once-weekly sessions, which is absolutely fine, however subject to my availability.
​
Once sessions are bought, we pre-arrange set session times and diarise accordingly. I send you confirmation details, post-evaluation.

** Some people trojan on independently ie. once they've gone through a program and 4-8 sessions are up, they’re experiencing happy momentum and great results (thus might only want to catch up with me for a single chat-session once every few months or so). Some don't do any sessions, just a program, whereas others prefer more nurturing and gentle spoon-feeding, where I walk beside them, holding their hand closely until they feel confident (and that's fine too!) It really depends on what you want and need and your character-type/ situation entirely.
