DUDE!..... Where's my MOJO?!

Before you FREAK out, yes you CAN :') What's more, even more so than ever before! You just need to naturally hack your body-chemistry a bit.....


Noticed how so many guys are battling with low motivation, poor sex drive, sub-optimal lean-muscle gains.......


Some guys gain weight more easily too and often in more feminine places, like the love-handle, thigh, butt and chest areas....


Have you seen pics of your school mates on social-media lately? Many of them are ageing really badly and have you noticed how a lot of men seem less confident in themselves and in their masculinity,......... some even coming across as being abnormally sensitive or over-emotional.......(a recipe for a disaster in a relationship!)


Well you aren't imagining things. This stuff is escalating out of control at an alarming rate and we aren't really talking about it in mainstream.


WHY is this happening and what can men DO to fix this?!


In a nutshell, a mismanaged lifestyle, characterised by wrong diet, poor sleeping-patterns and unchecked stress, are the main culprits and they're sending male hormones into a downward trajectory and fast!


A typical issue cropping up more than ever is "estrogen-dominance" in men (which goes hand in hand with plummeting testosterone!)


This has a direct impact on confidence, health, relationships and productivity! Left to it's own devices, an unstable biochemistry is a recipe for a wellness meltdown.


The GOOD NEWS?


There are most definitely some practical ground-roots strategies that men can adopt to get fully back on track!


By that I don't mean throwing ashwaganda, maca or horny goat-weed...:')... or even necessarily synthetic hormones at symptoms.


Not to put the beautiful herbs down or the moments when medical intervention may be an appropriate route to take, but really, generally, simply only throwing band-aid solutions (whether herbal or chemical) at symptoms simply isn't addressing trigger catalysts and THAT is the key! (Sure, sometimes a little boost of one of the natural testosterone boosters could help additionally, I get that, but it isn't everything.)


It's about getting to the crux of what mechanism/s went wrong in the first place, then naturally trying to encourage a reset (by putting the body back into a stable and ideal environment), which will encourage the biology to thrive.


We need to try to stimulate the diffusing of the chain-reaction of events at the root and jump-start optimal biological functioning again!


If we break down some typical causative factors further, we can understand our bodies better and that's KEY to getting set free from the bondage!


• High intake of sugar, processed foods, constant snacking, loads of flour-based, simple carbohydrates (like bread and pasta) and drinking too much caffeine and alcohol, can reap absolute HAVOC on the male endocrine (hormonal) system.

• Poor diet raises insulin too high, which in turn contributes to chronic inflammation. This directly impacts nutrient-absorption and thus the production of healthy hormone levels.


The result?


A deficient body, unable to produce the right stuff to keep you in that "get-up-and-go," motivated state.


• Bread and beer for example spike estrogen dramatically, which in turn drops testosterone.

Higher estrogen means higher belly-fat....

• Belly-fat produces MORE estrogen and the cycle continues!

• The higher the estrogens surge, the lower the testosterone drops, the more the muscles begin to waste, weight packs on and emotions begin to change for the worse.

• At this point, self confidence and motivation begin to diminish, leading to a sense of failure (or unfulfillment at best) and depression.


...that's just the sex-hormones.


Stress, poor sleep, alcohol and caffeine all raise stress-hormones like cortisol too high, which in turn lowers the primary anti-ageing hormone growth hormone.


When that's low, down goes the testosterone again and along with that, the muscle tone, sex drive and motivation.

When the test drops, the estrogen goes too high again.


• Poor sleep caused by various factors such as over-consumption of stimulants, to working unhealthy hours, to watching screens in bed (just to name a few factors), all contribute to raising stress-hormones, which drops test and melatonin.

• Even during sleep it's not healthy, deep sleep and that can result in a general catabolic state (breaking down of cells/ muscles, promoting ageing)  taking place in the body, instead of an anabolic state (building up/ recovering/ repairing - anti-ageing).

• Ie. You're burning out. Poorly managed sleep causes GLUCONEOGENESIS, which is essentially when your muscles are being broken down into glucose!

• Exposure to device-screens at night and bright lights, further inhibit the production of melatonin, your sleep-inducer.

• When that happens, cortisol goes too high again, spiking insulin and in the presence of too much insulin, you become prone to weight-gain and not only that, but actually RESISTANT TO WEIGHT-LOSS!


All of this on top of the fact that we are living in a world FULL of hormone-altering environmental pollutants, which on their own, are already doing damage!


Aaaargh! Where do you even begin countering all of this?!
