Fighting a losing battle?

Feel like you have to fight WAY harder than some to lose ANY weight?...
Are you feeling a total lack of motivation in certain areas? Always hungry or at least snacky? Why do issues like chronic fatigue and erratic behavior or emotional distress creep up on and own SO many of us these days?..... Why all the allergies, autoimmune issues, hormonal problems and disease?!
Our bodies (and minds) are turning on themselves!
We're battling so much with the very image we look at when we face our own reflection in the mirror!
It isn't normal. Yet, it's become the new norm.
We try to self-soothe with four of the most addictive things: caffeine, alcohol, sugar and smoking and end up fueling the fire even more, in exchange for a moment of instant gratification or temporary "relief."
The answers are simpler than many wellness practitioners are making it out to be and the solutions needn't be as expensive, nor as complicated either.
Insulin resistance and oxidative stress are the driving issues behind many modern wellness problems....
Oxidative stress for one, crushes immunity, ages you rapidly, promotes disease, weight-loss-resistance and sexual dysfunction.
Oxidative stress (in essence, a dominance of free-radicals and not enough antioxidants to scavenge them off), is caused by stress, environmental pollutants, poor diet, lack of exercise and the abuse of any addictive substances, to name a few causes.
Antioxidants are revered for their positive effects towards neutralizing free radicals (unstable and extremely reactive atoms/ groups of atoms, that contain 1 unpaired electron.)
These free radicals aggressively attack other molecules to look for a replacement for the missing electron. This is called an “oxidation” reaction.
If oxidation continues, more free radicals may be produced, and eventually leave a trail of biological damage, resulting in chronic inflammation, disease, rapid ageing, immune dysfunction and general hormonal/ biological imbalance.
But it isn't just about throwing antioxidants at the body, or "going on a detox," as you will discover in my biological reset program, "21 Day Foundational Wellness."
The other silent enemy, Insulin Resistance (a common condition where our bodies produce too much insulin, causing weight-loss resistance, more inflammation and disease), is caused by various factors, from stress to hopelessly incorrect modern dietary choices/ habits.
Striving for better health though, as well as getting optimally lean and on top of these issues doesn't mean that you need to be living on raw broccoli and pushing yourself beyond your limits in the gym!
It shouldn't require sheer willpower either. That's a recipe for a disaster, because it's all associated with a drudgery...
There is a way to address all of this, but it needs to be dealt with from a practical, ground-roots approach, not a superficial, "throw stuff at symptoms" type of strategy.
Getting on top of things also needs to be done in a way that is enjoyable, relatable, fun and in a nurturing fashion. Ie. Not a taking away approach, but a GIVING. We need a soft place to fall!
It's pretty much near impossible to reach weight and other wellness-goals, unless we get to the crux of where it all went wrong, catalytically!
You can train like a maniac, eat clean, supplement every pill and diet shake out there, meditate and frankly stand on your head, but if you don't understand how to both read and stimulate naturally resetting your personal biology, you'll continue to hit brick walls, period. Five years later, your body still looks the same, if not worse, likely the latter.
